Inter coach Claudio Ranieri will need to tinker with his back-four as Lucio, Cristian Chivu and Maicon are all out with injuries. Wesley Sneijder and Sulley Muntari will also miss the clash on Saturday while Javier Zanetti is suspended after picking up the first red card of his Serie A career last weekend. Diego Forlan is still nursing an injury and is not yet ready to return to the fold.
Fiorentina boss Delio Rossi does not have too many injury worries but will be without the services of influential defenders Mattia Cassani and Per Kroldrup at the weekend.
