Spain recorded a 3-1 victory over Lithuania in the reverse fixture at home. Fernando Llorente gave la Furia Roja the lead just two minutes into the second half and although Darvydas Sernas equalised soon, the Athletic Bilbao striker put his side back into the lead just moments later. David Silva wrapped up the points with his goal on 79 minutes.
