Celtic v St Mirren

Gary Hooper has scored three goals in Celtic's last three league games against St Mirren.

Celtic have won 17 of their 19 SPL clashes with the Buddies (one draw, one defeat).

St Mirren have failed to find the net in their last four against the Bhoys in the league since their 4-0 win in March 2010.

In 10 visits, the Saints have only once avoided defeat at Celtic Park in the SPL: 1-1 in December 2007.

St Mirren have taken seven points from the last nine available in the SPL.

The Buddies' 20 points is their best-ever start to an SPL campaign: in 2006/07 they had 16 points after 15 games, going on to finish 11th, four points above Dunfermline.

Celtic have won their last three in the league, their longest run since the start of the season.

The Bhoys have won 15 of their last 17 at home in the SPL, conceding just six goals in this run.

Celtic are yet to score a penalty this season, despite taking three.


Dunfermline v Aberdeen

Dunfermline have failed to score in their last four league meetings with the Dons.

In all, the Pars have scored only once in their last seven league games against Aberdeen.

Scott Vernon scored one of only two hat-tricks in the SPL this season in the meeting between the sides in September.

Aberdeen have won their last four SPL meetings with Dunfermline.

The Pars are yet to win at home in the league this season, picking up just three points on their own turf (W0 D3 L4).

Dunfermline have conceded at least twice in their last six league games in front of their own fans (3.2 goals conceded per match).

The Dons have lost their last three league games, all by the same scoreline (1-2).

Aberdeen have bagged just one goal away from home in the SPL this season: 2-1 at Celtic Park last time out on the road.


Hearts v Inverness CT

Stephen Elliott has scored in his last two games against Inverness.

The last three league clashes between the Jambos and Inverness have ended 1-1.

Hearts are unbeaten in nine against Caley Thistle in the league (three draws, six wins).

The Jambos have failed to score in their last four in the SPL.

It is 12 years since Hearts last failed to score in five consecutive league games (March 1999).

Caley Thistle have conceded at least twice in all seven of their away games this season in the SPL.

Hearts' games have seen just 1.5 goals per game in the SPL this season, fewer than any other side's.

Andrew Shinnie has netted five goals in Inverness' last six league goals.

Inverness have scored the most goals in the closing 15 minutes of SPL games this season (seven), while Hearts are yet to concede in this period.

Half of the goals the Jambos have conceded in the SPL this season have come in the 15 minutes after half-time.


Motherwell v Dundee Utd

There have been just three cards (all yellow) in the last four league meetings between the sides combined.

In their last six meetings with United in the league, Motherwell have alternated between a win and a defeat: should this continue they would lose this match.

Jon Daly has bagged seven goals against Motherwell in the SPL, three more than against any other side.

Only Rangers (16) have scored more away goals in the SPL this season as United, though only Inverness have conceded as many on the road (18).

Only three non-Old Firm sides have ever had more points after 15 SPL games than Motherwell this season (29).

The Steelmen have won only one of their last five at home in the league, suffering three defeats.

Dundee United have shipped at least three goals in five of their last six league away games.


St Johnstone v Hibernian

Liam Craig has bagged seven SPL goals against Hibernian, four more than against any other side and 37% of his total in the competition.

The Saints are unbeaten in their last three at home to Hibs in the league (2W 1D).

St Johnstone have failed to score in their last three league games.

However the Saints have conceded only one goal in their last four in the SPL.

Two of Hibernians' three league wins this season have come on the road.

Hibs have shipped the highest proportion of their goals in the first half this season in the SPL (61%).


Kilmarnock v Rangers

A Rangers player has bagged a hat-trick on their last two league visits to Rugby Park (Kyle Lafferty in May and Kenny Miller in November 2010).

Rangers have won 13 of their last 14 league meetings with Kilmarnock (one draw).

In 47 SPL meetings, Killie have only managed two wins against Rangers, and never at home.

Rangers have beaten Kilmarnock more often than any side in the SPL (39 times).

Rangers are unbeaten in their last 25 league games, winning 21.

The Gers have not gone two successive SPL games without a win in two seasons, since the end of the 2009/10 campaign.

Rangers have won their last 14 league games on the road, conceding just two goals in this run.

The record for most consecutive away wins in the SPL stands at 16, set by Celtic in April 2004.

Killie have won only one of their last nine SPL games.

Rangers have scored the most headed goals in the SPL this season (seven), while Kilmarnock have conceded the joint-most in this way (six).
