Bundesliga 2011/12 Opta Facts –


Freiburg v Stuttgart

Freiburg have only won one of their last eight matches in all competitions (six defeats, one draw).

Only Bayern (one) have conceded fewer goals than Stuttgart (three, like Leverkusen and Gladbach).

Last weekend, Freiburg suffered their biggest ever defeat in the German top flight when they lost 7-0 away to Bayern.

Only two of the 24 meetings between these two teams in the Bundesliga have ended in a draw.

The Swabians are yet to concede more than one goal in a competitive match this season.

No team in the league has allowed more goals this season than Freiburg (16, like bottom-placed Hamburg).

Leverkusen v Köln

Köln have only won one out of the possible 27 points on their last nine visits to Leverkusen.

The Billygoats' last win at Bayer came over 15 years ago (2-1 in April 1996).

Bayern have by far the most prolific attack in the Bundesliga so far this season (16 goals) while Schalke is joint-second in this category (11 goals, like Bremen).

The German record champions have also conceded the fewest goals so far this campaign (one).
