06-03-2011 15:00 Napoli - Brescia

DID YOU KNOW?
Napoli slipped to third spot in the Serie A table on Monday night after they lost 3-0 to Milan at San Siro. Walter Mazzarri's side now have 52 points from 27 matches, six points off the pace.
The Partenopei have the meanest defensive record at home as they have conceded only eight goals in 13 league encounters in Naples. However, based only on home form Napoli would be fourth in the table.
The former Italian champions have won just one of their last five league clashes against Brescia - that was the 1-0 win at the Rigamonti in the reverse fixture.
Napoli have managed to score more than two goals against Brescia in just two of their 35 previous Serie A encounters.
The Azzurri have lost just once against Brescia in the league at the San Paolo.
Brescia are stationed second from bottom in the league standings, having picked up just 24 points from 27 matches, and are four points from safety.
Among the 20 teams in the Italian top flight, the Rondinelle have scored the fewest number of goals after the break (six).
The Biancoazzurri are winless in 11 away league games and have found the net only six times during this period.
Brescia have won just once in their last seven league fixtures and have drawn their last two encounters with Udinese and Lecce.
Giuseppe Iachini's side have scored just seven goals in 13 away Serie A matches, the joint lowest in the division.

LAST MEETING
October 31, 2010: Brescia 0-1 Napoli

Napoli got the better of Brescia at the Mario Rigamonti earlier in the season. Despite Walter Mazzarri resting a number of key players with the encounter against Liverpool in the Europa League in mind, the former Italian champions still carved out a victory, thanks to an Ezequiel Lavezzi strike on 77 minutes. Brescia, though, were somewhat unfortunate as they were denied by the woodwork twice.
